For those looking for an exciting adventure where you can enjoy Sake outside of London, weโ€™d like to introduce the Salon du Sake in Paris taking place on the first weekend of October. Donโ€™t worry if you canโ€™t speak French โ€“ there will be simultaneous translations into English during sessions!

Salon du Sakeย is considered to be the leadingย Sakeย event outside of Japan for bothย sakeย lovers and professionals in the gastronomic and the beverage industries. In 2021, over 3300 attendees visited the 28 exhibitors spread out over 1200 square meters.

โ€œTHE SALON DU SAKร‰ IS INDEED A TASTING EVENT BUT YOUโ€™LL FIND ALSO A GREAT PROGRAM OF CONFERENCES, MASTER CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND PANEL DISCUSSIONSโ€

It is therefore not only an opportunity to meet many producers who come especially from Japan for the event, some of them visiting France or Europe for the first time, but also a chance to engage in many exchanges, experiments and debates. The program will offer a large number of conferences, workshops, Master Class and round tables. Thematic pairing-workshops will be held during the event. Each guest Chef will reveal their culinary creations and will be joined by the finest artisans, experts, sommeliers or journalists. Participants will be able to discover, together with the chefs and special guests, a custom made menu paired perfectly with the worldโ€™s most exceptional sakes.

In addition to the tasting workshops, which will be limited in number, there will be more casual โ€œtasting experimentsโ€ taking place among the exhibitors, so that you can experience sake pairing in a fun and relaxed way. There will be several themes to the pairings each day. Local artisans and the sake producers themselves will be hosting these tastings.
